We are open WED-SAT 9am-2pm ….usually. We will close early when we sell out of all of our baked goods for the day.

We are a small wholesale snack and bake shop. That means we work during the week to fulfill our wholesale snack line orders and prep for the days we are open to the public. Our freshly made from scratch goods take days to prepare. Malasadas alone are usually a three day process for us. We are also mostly a two-person operation. With some help from our families and friends we are able to keep this dream going. However, the more you support us the more likely we are to grow our team and (fingers crossed) grow our quantity of goodies.

Please understand that we may need to close unexpectedly - our wholesale mochi crunch snack line orders can sometimes cause us to shut down for a day or a week. Then there’s equipment failure, logistics issues, or not enough help on our open days. We appreciate your understanding and continued support. We will do our best to keep things going as best as we can.

For now, we removed limits. Although we do encourage those looking to order 2 dozen or more malasadas to get in touch with us so we can secure and schedule your order into our production. A two dozen or more order does require a one week notice. We may not always be able to accommodate your request, but we will do our best to help you as we can.

No other items have limits. These are first come first serve until we run out.

No we do not ship or deliver our malasadas or baked goods. Quality is important to us and we are not setup to manage shipping and deliver.

No. We do not. We aren’t permitted to operate as a sit down restaurant. Everything is prepared as take-out, to-go, etc. The seating you might see outside near our shop is NOT for our business. We encourage you to visit the cafe next-door as she sells coffee and other cafe style items. If you choose to sit at her tables PLEASE purchase something from her.

While we are a facility that processes wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy on the premises we do offer items that do not contain one or more of these foods as an ingredient. Please check out our menu or ask us in store.
